What we collect
When you enroll in a merchant's loyalty program through Wasla, we collect your name and phone number, and we record loyalty activity (points earned and redeemed) associated with your membership. Your wallet pass carries an opaque code — never your raw personal details.
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the loyalty program: to identify you at the counter, track your balance, deliver your wallet pass, and push balance updates to it. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Your membership and balance are shared with the merchant whose program you joined. To deliver and update your pass, limited data is processed by Apple Wallet and Google Wallet under their respective privacy policies. We use Google Cloud / Firebase to host the service.
Your choices
You can delete the pass from your wallet at any time, and you may request deletion of your membership record by emailing us. We retain data only as long as needed to run the program.
