1. Service
Wasla (“we”, operated by Global Gulf Gate LLC) provides a platform that lets participating merchants issue digital loyalty cards which customers add to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. By enrolling in a merchant's loyalty program through Wasla, you agree to these Terms.
2. Enrollment & membership
You provide your name and phone number to join a merchant's program. Your loyalty balance is determined by activity recorded by the merchant at the point of sale. Points and rewards have no cash value and are governed by the issuing merchant's program rules.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to manipulate point balances, or access accounts that are not yours. Merchants are responsible for the rewards they offer and for honoring their program terms.
4. Passes & third parties
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms. Wasla is not responsible for the availability of those services. Passes may display update information and a scannable code used to identify your membership.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Wasla is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service or a merchant's program.
