Common questions
How do I get a card?
Scan the QR at the counter (or open the merchant's signup link), enter your name and phone, and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet.”
My points didn't update.
Points sync to your card automatically after a scan. If it hasn't updated, pull down to refresh the pass, or contact us above.
How do I remove my card / data?
Delete the pass from your wallet, and email us to have your membership record removed. See our Privacy Policy.
